Summary

Round Robin Generator is designed to collect as little data as possible. The schedule tools run entirely in your browser. The names you enter for teams or players are processed on your device and are never transmitted to us or to any third party.

Data we process

• Participant names and tool inputs. Processed locally in your browser to build your schedule. They may be stored in your browser's local storage so the tool remembers your last input; clearing your browser data removes them.
• Technical log data. If analytics are enabled, we may collect anonymous, aggregated usage events (for example, that a schedule was generated on a given page for a given number of participants). These events never include participant names.
• Cookies. The site may use a small number of functional cookies (for example, to remember your locale or theme choice).

Third-party services

The site may use standard hosting and analytics providers that process technical data (such as IP address or user agent) under their own privacy policies. No participant names or schedules are shared with these providers.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Since the tool does not upload your data, most of it is already under your control: clear your browser storage to remove everything the site has saved locally.
