Thanks for using Round Robin Generator. The site is a small, independent project, and feedback from organizers, coaches and players is what shapes it — whether it's about the scheduling engine, the print layout, the CSV export, or a format you need that we don't cover yet.

What to send us

The most useful reports tell us:

• The page you were on — for example /6-team-round-robin or /pickleball-round-robin-generator
• What you entered — number of teams or players, singles or doubles, courts
• What you expected, and what happened instead — for example a pairing that looks wrong or a bye that seems unfair

With those three details almost every question about a generated schedule can be answered immediately, because the engine is deterministic: the same names always produce the same schedule.

Feature requests

Rotating-partners doubles for pickleball, more export formats and additional fixed team sizes are the most requested additions and are on the roadmap. Tell us which one would help your league most — demand decides the order.

The direct email channel goes live together with the public launch of the site. Until then, this page and the About page document who runs the tool and how it works. If you are reviewing the site pre-launch, everything the tools compute happens locally in your browser — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what that means.
